It is permitted to be used by males who have been studying in Hong Kong or Macau before military service or after January 1st of the 19-year-old year.


(2) To study abroad for a senior high school or above school (including language school) registered by the local education authority, he may attach the admission permit and the original passport, and provide services to the Immigration Department within 3 months before the start of school. 2. Applicable Interpretations


(1) Pre-military age refers to before December 31 of the year when they were 18 years old.


(2) After January 1st of the 19-year-old year, if the township, town, city, or district office where the household registration is located has applied for approval to leave the country and returned to the country within the prescribed time limit, the non-servicing unit agrees to the change of status, and the Immigration Department will not accept it. (3) The admission permit is exempt from verification by the office of the foreign embassy. However, for non-English speaking countries, please attach a Chinese translation.


(4) When returning to China for the first time, the certificate of enrollment should ask the school to indicate the content of the course, the length of study (when to enroll, when to graduate) and the degree studied.


(5) If the school holiday exceeds 3 months, please attach a verified certificate of the holiday period issued by the school you are studying (please indicate the school’s start date) and apply for an extension of departure. The longest period of stay in the country starts from the day after entering the country. No more than 6 months; Immigration Department will not accept applications for more than 6 months.


(6) The certificate of enrollment must be issued by the school within 3 months before returning to the country, and must be verified by the local embassy; if the other documents are in foreign languages ​​(except English), the Chinese translation must be attached and approved by the foreign embassy. (7) To go abroad before the age of military service and apply for a return to the country after the end of the military service. 3. Matters needing attention in the certificate of enrollment

1. Transcript of last semester or credit certificate of course.
